Have a special event coming up? Red River Farms is a beautiful location for any event! From weddings, to birthday parties, fundraisers, and even class reunions. Our scenic farm is the perfect place for whatever you are wanting to do. We also host several fun events for the whole family to enjoy throughout the year. Q: How do I pay for admission? What is admission?
A: Admission is $5 per carload. To clarify, 1-6 people in a car are considered a carload. If there are more than 6 people, an additional $5 admission fee is requested. Shoppers need to purchase an online times ticket for the event at the following link:
Print off your receipt/ticket and bring it with you the day of the event. Turn it in at the gate, and you will be entered to win our cash door prize. If you do not print off your ticket and turn it in, we cannot enter your name for the door prize. We are offering this door prize to encourage all guests to purchase online timed tickets for everyone’s health and safety. You do not have to be present at the end of the day to win the door prize. You simply need to attend the event between 9a.m.-4p.m. and bring your printed ticket/receipt to turn in.
Q: What types of payment will vendors accept?
A: Most vendors will accept cash or cards, but it would be a good idea to have some cash on hand just in case some do not accept a card.
Q: Are dogs allowed at the event?
A: Dogs are allowed, as long as they remain on a leash and supervised at all times.
Q: How many vendors will be here?
A: 50+ vendors will be here at the farm to shop from on Saturday, November 7, 2020.
Q: Do I have to wear a mask?
A: We are asking you to wear a mask while in the barn, especially if you are unable to be 6ft apart from others at any time. While outside, we are not asking you to wear a mask then.
Q: Will there be food to eat there?
A: Yes! We have some wonderful food vendors attending. Come hungry!
Q: Are you open all weekend?
A: We are only open to the public on Saturday, November 7, 2020 from 9am-4pm.
Q: What health and safety precautions are you implementing?
A: We are limiting the number of shoppers in each booth in the barn to a maximum of 2 shoppers, we are asking guests to wear masks in the barn, encouraging physical distancing from other groups of people, spacing picnic tables 10ft apart, and cleaning the bathrooms every 2 hours.
Q: Will there be handicap parking?
A: Yes, handicap parking will be available as close as possible to the barn. Just have your tag up in your rear view mirror and let the gate workers know you need a handicap space.
Q: Are there bathrooms?
A: Yes, we will have 6 bathrooms available for use during the event.
